PURE FRAUD TO CUSTOMERS
PURE FRAUD TO CUSTOMERS I am becoming more and more certain that this is a scam company 1/ they do not respond to inquiries 2/ they say from the start that the amount will be refunded quickly nothing has happened 3/ now 3 weeks have passed without any form of communication 4/ I can only warn others against using this scam company, they make an acknowledged mistake (documented) but then they stop .. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR HOLIDAY RUINED THEN CONTINUE, OTHERWISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..
