I rate the review 1 star because there was not a 0.. I really liked what I saw when I ordered on Sept 19/25 stupidly without researching first, anyway after nothing arrived in my inbox to say i've made a purchase. Now then I decide to search up the Blackwear.com up comes[wintersweet] so I contacted them to ask for the proof of purchase,1 week later I got a reply saying "your order has been shipped tracking number 000000000 have a nice day". It is very hard to make contact and although payment was through Paypal they direct you back to winter sweet. Eventually the two items arrived on 17/10/25 and honestly when the delivery arrived I could not figure out what was delivered becauset he package was so small it didn't occur to me what it was. A small corner was opened then I knew OMG!!!! I tell you no lies it's made of almost the same material that they put behind headboards behind and underneath sofas. I have notified Paypal and now await an outcome. PLEASE I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,not because of where it's from but the customer service is non existence and the quality well , falls below shocking.
