Online ordering disaster
The stock shown on the website is rarely accurate. If you select a 3 hour window, you have to watch your phone for 3 hours so you dont miss the text telling you what showed in stock is actually out of stock. Today I placed an order for 9 items. 4 items appeared at my doorstep with the order info showing 9 items delivered. The driver still had 3 items in her car and 2 were being shipped (contradicting the 9 items delivered email). I guess you have to check your phone and email for 3 hours. Suggestions: call us with issues!! Double check your work product. Let us speak to a person.
