Grant Seckman’s part in my ORM experience
Grant Seckman was kind, helpful, polite, and very professional from the first day I spoke with him. This continued through the many conversations we had. He was always very prompt in getting back to me if we did miss a connection. He explained every step in the process to me in a manner I could understand and didn’t mind when I asked that he explain something again. He always let me know exactly what I needed to do and what and when to expect paperwork from his company. Later on in the process when he told me others would contact me, they were almost as easy to work with as Grant was. From the first day when I just asked Grant for basic information until the day I closed on my reverse mortgage was less than six-weeks. All went smoothly and I’m happy that I chose to work with One Reverse Mortgage.
