If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an absolutely unreliable product that failed 99% of the time. I tested it across two different devices and three separate outings—with the exact same results each time: unable to connect, wildly inaccurate temperatures (off by 20 degrees), and frequent failure to even locate my device. That’s unacceptable, especially when the product is meant to help ensure the safety of my animal. To make matters worse, customer support is rigid and unhelpful. If you're outside the 7-day refund window—even if the product is defective—don’t expect any kind of resolution or refund. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This product is not ready for real-world use and should not be marketed as such.
