I've only just received this device but was instantly impressed with the packaging which was very sturdy. The contents were laid out well and easy to extract. Setting everything up was so easy, even for an ancient like me! My Google account took moments to transfer and I was immediately up and running. My photos transferred quickly too and I am amazed at their quality, the best I've seen. So far I am thrilled not only with the device but also the fact appears to be easily available should I need it.
