I recently ordered a costume for my son. Somehow, the shipping option I selected didn't go through with the order correctly. I contacted Cosplayclan and they very quickly responded with a solution. I made the shipping changes and my package arrived faster than we anticipated! Communication is critical to a positive customer experience, and Cosplayclan was fast to reply and willing to help.
