He deserves a medal
I have had a Miofive S1 for going on for two years. Up until a couple of months ago I couldn’t fault it. after that time the initial welcome message disappeared. And the voice telling you to keep up with traffic disappeared. Also, the speed limits voice and display disappeared. I did loads of checking but couldn’t sort it. So I emailed Miofive and someone called Franklin Lo responded quickly. He asked me to send him further details and a photo of the “about” screen. The next day he arranged for me to have a replacement camera. To me that’s what you call service. Thank you.
