I would not recommend Mac Corner. The personalised mug arrived with black marks on it. I contacted customer service and was initially told they would replace it. A few days later they changed their mind and instead offered only a 10% refund, despite the product arriving faulty. To make matters worse, around a month later the personalised part of the mug came apart and fell off completely, after a handful of use proving the product was not fit for purpose. They have refused to accept a return or provide a full refund, leaving me with no choice but to go through my bank to recover my money- which they have made difficult. The customer service has been disgraceful from start to finish. Selling faulty products is bad enough, but refusing to stand behind them is even worse. A very disappointing experience, and I certainly won't be buying from them again.
