Good: Eventually, my order was canceled and I got my refund. Not as Good: No warning about COVID related processing/shipping delays prior to payment. Really Bad: Manufacturing and company location are not viewable on website, nor is returns location clear. You have to pay to ship returns. Company location is Singapore. Shipping from US to Singapore is astronomical. This should be disclosed prior to purchase.
