€85 charged by their bank is steep
Bullion Star's bank deducted €85 fees for a withdrawal under €500. They should find an alternative way to return customer's money, as this is extortionate. I'm sure they wouldn't have sold me gold and silver if I had been €85 short. Other than that, it is easy to purchase from the UK and to view. Communication is obviously limited due to the time difference but they did get back to me most of the time. Low storage fees and overall OK, they just nerd to sort their banking out so that customers aren't out of pocket. They tell me that they are looking into this. Euro to Euro should have no fees, surely...
