Not perfect but I'll use them again
(Updated) After a few tries, the vendor finally contacted me and we resolved the issue. While it did take a couple of attempts, they were very friendly and addressed the issue professionally. (original) Buyer be seriously aware. Purchased a costume from them, and the wrong size was shipped. Returned it (paying for shipping once again) and received less than I spent on it. Ordered the costume again at the right size, and they sent me the completely-wrong costume. I contacted them and said I would be returning it and asked them to just to give me a refund. They did not respond, and I sent the costume back anyway, and received approval that the costume had arrived at their location (from UPS). That was weeks ago and I have not heard back from them, nor received my refund. I reported them to my credit company. There are plenty of choices out there for costumes. These things aren't cheap, so beware when using these guys.
