I've tried the synger ap before this one. The customer service people were idiots. I'd ask question and they'd say I needed a subscription for that feature. Which I had 😒 then they'd say I needed to pay $300 more to upgrade. I've spoke with different apynger agents and ultimately had to figure out the ap was a waste of money, only half ass worked, and only one rep seemed to know anything.-Joshua. I've reached out to customer service a couple times with clevguard and they always know what I'm talking about and have an answer.
