I'm content, but not happy. Wondershare finally gave me a refund after some days of discussion. The software crashed, and caused me problems. Asked customer service for a refund, and they wouldn't give me one, since I don't have any screenshots or proof. We've been mailing back and forth, but they just kept telling that they needed proof and I had to try again. I even sent them my log files, but they asked for them once more. After leaving a bad review on Trustpilot, things finally started to happen, and I got my money back. Thanks for finally understanding Wondershare, and thanks to Trustpilot. You deliver a very important service.
