Beware
Beware! This company provides several service's, one is American Home Shield and they are a bunch of crooks! A simple fridge repair which didn’t happen because they have a bunch of inefficient and not even English proficient technicians; after charging the monthly fee of $59 dollars each month and $125 service fee, they make up and excuse not to have it repaired. Then I called to cancel and three months later they were charging me and no cancellation; I called again very upset and they kept pushing so they will continue charging me. Finally after me pushing back and demanding proof of cancellation, they sent me the proof charging me once more for the cancellation an additional $59. I wonder how this people can continue cheating honest customers and screwing them from their money. I give one star because I have no other option, but in reality, they deserve a minus five stars.
