Tardy customer service
It took 3 online forms, 2 emails & 2 phonecalls to finally reach staff. And when someone picked up my call, i left my contact number but no one bothered to call back. And that was some 10 days ago. Email reply eventually came but was curt. Pazzion have nice shoes but sucks in after backend support.
