I like the design of your pieces. I wish you’d use mossinite stones. The sapphires don’t sparkle the same. I like the amount of gold over silver. The website is nice but checkout wasn’t great this time. I never got to look at PayPal. Then it said Not working, when I left and went to email, the order had been placed. Not good.
You don’t explain on your website what you are charging for. Example: the tr ugh is you are charging $59 for a PDF file and then the. Consumer has to pay MORE to have it printed somewhere else. That charge for. A PDF file is outrageous. The work of your “artists” to place a head on a pre- created picture is a joke. The put them on crooked. Then by the time they reply OVER 24 hours, you are now obligated to buy. This is a total scam. Be honest with your customers!!
