Ups and Downs
Been subscribed since Jan 2023 and my experience with I'VRE has been okay thus far, up till my recent 2 orders.
Their site seems to have lots of technical glitches, my order was processed twice and had to contact them for a refund which they promptly issued.
One of my orders has 1 scent missing, it look them 2 weeks to get the replacement delivered, and they forgot to label the replacement bottle with the name of the fragrance so that's an issue when I have almost 12 I'VRE atomisers.
It is clear that their atomisers has flaws every once in a while, and other reviewers say the same too. Scratches and other cosmetic issues I can overlook as it does not functionally affect the product, but my most recent order has a completely faulty atomiser!
The rotation of the atomiser suppose to have 2 points where it stops, 1 when it's closed and 1 when it's open for use. The most recent atomisers I have is so difficult to twist and even worse still, it is able to rotate a full 360 degrees, which is a clear sign that the product is faulty. Hopefully I can get a replacement for this, because if I'm going to bring this when I travel, I need the products to be reliable and functional.
With regards to shipment delays, it is understandable that Ninjavan has been giving problems to many companies, as well as this period of switching to a different courier partner, but I feel like more can be done. In the past I used to get my orders fulfilled on time and I receive them within 1-3 working days, now it's common for 1-2weeks delivery :/ Bummer....

Great concept and pricing, but still areas for improvement!
Second time customer, loving their fragrance range for men and still so many more I would love to try, each time they expand their collection, I can't help but be enticed to place a new order! The pricing also makes it affordable for me to try out and slowly grow my collection.
My experience with their customer service team has been splendid, with prompt replies and they were helpful in processing my refund when I had made a wrong order by accident :)
As for areas they can improve on, I would say the build quality of the atomisers as mentioned in my first review. I still see paint chips and scratches on the atomiser I've received, just a cosmetic issue, functionally it's fine but 1 out of 4 of the atomisers I've received tend to leak when sprayed so that's a bummer :/
Also, pertaining to the placement of the label sticker, I think there should be a option at the checkout page for the customer to decide if they want the label on the outside of the atomiser, or on the inner glass vial. Cause my first order has labels on the inside, and my second has labels on the outside, and the inconsistency kinda gets on my nerve. Personally, I much prefer the labels on the glass vial as it helps the atomiser to remain as clean and sleek as possible, but that's just my opinion with regards to label placement.

First Experience with I'VRE
I'VRE was quick to give response to my queries so the customer service is awesome. Their fragrance subscription was priced well and had a decent selection, but I hope their selection range will grow as their sales improves :)
Also, I wish the quality of the aluminium atomisers would improve. Tolerances and build quality felt poor, could see loose and ill-fitting pieces.
In my opinion, it's better to stick to glass atomisers if costs have to be kept low to give customers a better price for the subscription. But if you are able to source better quality atomisers then that would give the customers a better experience with your brand, as well as helping to boost your brand image to that of a more luxury one.
I would say that the quality of the atomiser to strive for is similar to that of another local perfume company called ScentBySix, although their atomisers aren't perfect(sometimes leaks when sprayed), the twist and turn mechanism is smooth and feels solid during use. I would love to see something similar from your company in the near future.
I will continue to support you as long as there are fragrances I want to explore from your collection, so rest assured I will continue to give constructive feedback! Cheers!
