Bus from SG to Genting - Trip 2026
Horrible/Bad attitude driver experienced. We took a bus from Grantal mall (Five Stars Express Bus - The One Tours & Travels) booked online BusOnlineTicket com I'll make it direct to the point, the bus driver only stop 1 time for toilet break for a 7 hours drive. He stop because we requested twice. We ask nicely first, to please stop its been 3 hours of driving, everyone wants to go toilet but he skip the R&R twice, so we asked again, and he start shouting and angry to us why we keep asking "driver said - Im the driver, I have the right to stop or not" he continue to shout at us with a lot of bad words. He then stop and all passengers rush to the toilet. He never counts when he leaves, he drove off already and 1 passenger shout, there's two more at the toilet, we almost left two passengers. When we reached at KL station, we requested to go to toilet and he refused he dont allow us to get off and says if we get off he will leave. The toilet is just in front of us, he even say the station no toilet. He drive till Genting without toilet breaks. I can understand the rush and to reached on time but as a passengers also, we asked nicely for a quick toilet break. I've taken a few times coach bus from SG to KL or Genting, usually there's a stop of 2 to 3 times. Hope you could take a look at this driver attitude. Oh he also dont allow us to drinks inside the bus, he scolded us why we bring drinks inside. 8:00PM bus time, depart 5 Aug.
