They ship wrong item and then refuse to replace or refund. Stay away as they have many items listed which are actually not in stock and they will send any random item in its place and stonewall refund request. There is no refund option on site. You'll be forced to go through tiresome dispute resolution with your payment partner. Update based on reply; I have asked multiple times for full refunds which is default for any e-commerce site but you have NEVER offered that. So please stop your lying and refund if you think you made a mistake.
