Dear Exabytes, Again, you guys are awesome. Had a technical call with Aida today and she A’s it with her top notch knowledge, patience and execution. My gratefulness goes out to you guys and certainly to the staff that handled my call, Aida. My apologies for not being able to complete the survey over the phone as I could not press “1”.
