More Than Just a Netball League
I've been playing in both the Tuesday and Sunday Colchester Netball Leagues for almost 10 years now, and I honestly can't believe how quickly that time has flown! Over the years I've met some incredible women, built lasting friendships, and watched so many players grow in confidence and skill. Seeing people improve season after season is genuinely one of my favourite things about the league. The atmosphere is always welcoming, supportive and encouraging, whether you're completely new to netball or have been playing for years. The umpires are fantastic too. They're knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to offer advice and guidance to help players develop. A special shout out to Anne, whose wonderfully dry wit never fails to make me laugh! The league has created a brilliant community of supportive, talented women, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of it for the past decade. If you're thinking about joining but feel nervous, don't be. You'll be made to feel welcome from your very first game
