Fast shipping and great customer service.
I ordered an S-Shape machine and I was pleasantly pleased with the customer service experience. My questions were answered in a timely manner and my machine arrived fairly quickly (about a week maybe less.) Instructions to put the machine together were clear (via video) and the price for the machine was a better deal than other site I researched. I would definitely order from seurbeaty again in the future.
