AVOID!! THE PRODUCTS CAUSE REACTIONS!
After reading an article in the daily mail claiming these products were incredible, I ordered the 50g jar of multi action cream and 2 x the professional serum. As I had paid c £300, that entitled me to a free 20g jar of the cream and a free vial of serum. I used the freebie first to try out the products. For the first two weeks my skin looked good, but then the skin started to redden and dry out. The skin felt tight and sore. I wrote to customer services requesting a refund if I returned the full size, unopened products. They agreed and sent me a link, which, when I clicked on it, advised me I was 'out of time'. When I asked customer services to override this, they played the 'computer says no' card - just expecting me to write off £300, with products I cannot use! They also tried to blame my skin, advising me I had suffered an allergic reaction (would that not have happened on immediate use of the product?), and that I had problems with my skin before I used this product. Yes, seriously!! Some faceless drone at the end of the keyboard, who has never met me, never seen my skin and has no idea that no other products have ever had this result, advised me that I have existing skin conditions!!! I would not touch this company with a barge-pole and I am now looking at ways to recover my money.
