I made a debit card payment to my target credit card on July 9th. Today, July 19th, the payment still has not posted to my account. I tried to chat but the team member blocked my chat so I had to call. All I can say is no one there wants to do their job!! Laziness is something I personally can’t tolerate. Good bye Target!!
They may be great, I don’t know as my dogs won’t tough them. I have to crush them in their soft food, but have not seen improvement. As far as their customer service, two thumbs down!! I canceled my subscription before they shipped, but they sent them anyway. When I asked them why they shipped them after cancellation, the only answer I got was oops sorry, we will give you a 30%discount. What good will that do if I can’t use them? They then gave me 50% back, still can’t use them, I want a full refund. They don’t care, stopped responding now I have 30.00 worth of useless stuff! They are one of the worst at customer service! Just saying…..
