INCOMPETENT MANAGER DIANA ON INACERIDZE BATUMI
Good day, Yesterday, I spoke with Diana (manager on Inaceridze) , who confirmed that my order of 10 kg of meat bones could be collected today at 12:00. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was informed that the order was not available. Diana had not notified the butcher, the staff, or myself that the product would not be prepared. As a result, I traveled across the city unnecessarily. This demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and disregard for customers. Furthermore, no apology or prior notification was provided. I intend to submit a review reflecting this experience. The staff on duty also confirmed that they had not received any information regarding this order.
