I ordered a puzzle from this company…
I ordered a puzzle from this company through ebay. order number : 05-13596-13638 Their confirmation email came to the wrong email address. The order number is now not recognised by ebay and impossible to proceed with ebay not having a record of it. I was alerted to the problem when I received an alert that it would take a month to arrive. Their premises have an address in Gloucester which I assumed it would be sent from. Is this another chinese illusion?!
