Really misleading experience
Really misleading experience. Booked a return rail trip between Riga and Vilnius. Their search engine referenced train timings and the e mail confirmation showed train train and stations. When I opened the ticket in the App it was a bus service!.. shoeing half the price I was charged. I thought this was a train not bus app. Very misleading. Cancelled trip and only received 80% refund and lost the cost of my booked tour in Vilnius.
