99% perfect (1% goes to the 7kg luggage policy)
Besides the rule about carry on luggage, which is ridiculous (7 kgs) and luckily ignored by the staff at boarding, this is an excellent airlines! I am flying with them at least twice a month, and the check-in staff and young FA are super anticipating and friendly. This is the bes low cost airline to fly within Asia (at least from SGN, HAN, and DMK). I recommend!
