This is a review of their customer service. I made an order of some items I needed to repair and upgrade my resin printer. Didn't realise until the next day I had ordered the wrong part on one item, contacted stating this and not aware if it had shipped yet. I got contacted back within an hour, with customer support confirming what item it was that I was actually looking for, as well as providing a link to said item, once they confirmed this they canceled the order and issued the refund for me without me needing to ask; within a matter of minutes. Whilst I haven't got the products yet (Which I know will be perfectly fine) the customer service interaction has genuinely surprised and pleased me with the rapid and user-friendly approach. Many companies could learn from them!
