Please, save your time and look somewhere else
I rarely write reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I paid for orthodontic treatment expecting a safe, professional service. Instead, during the process (around tray 8), I started experiencing serious issues: jaw pain, difficulty sleeping due to airway restriction, my bite no longer fitting properly, and a noticeable loss of space for my tongue. I reported these problems immediately and followed all instructions given. Despite this, the handling of my case was extremely poor: Long delays in communication (often over two weeks) Calls not returned and lack of follow-up Being asked to pay for services already included in my plan A revised plan that would have worsened my condition, with an additional $1,200 requested After raising a formal complaint, instead of addressing the root problem, they kept my case “under review” for weeks and then offered a simplified refinement plan that does not address the functional issues I reported. At no point was a proper resolution, accountability, or refund offered. This has impacted not just my treatment outcome, but also my health and trust in the process. I have now had to escalate the matter further. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. The level of care, communication, and responsibility shown has been far below what should be expected for a medical service.
