I don't usually bother writing reviews but this company is terrible. I paid for their VIP service two weeks before Christmas - I'm writing this review on 30/12 and the product still hasn't arrived. I asked them to cancel the order - they finally responded offering a 20% refund!!!!! I don't want a partial refund - I want my money back! Extremely dodgy.
