Customer service is really bad
The customer service is really bad. They can only copy/paste some registered answer I bought from the Belgian webstore. I'm not able to login into my account and the reset procedure is not working because I never receive the mail to reset my password. The mail are not in the spam folder When you contact them they told you they are using a partner to manage their site and you have to contact this partner. How can they answer that ? The customer has to contact the partner ? It's not my business if they are using a subcontractor They apologise in every email but they are not helping, I will never bought anything from them anymore
