I had to order more wood to complete my project because several pieces were not up to my standards. Fortunately, the seller quickly offered to replace the boards that were unusable. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase via this company was based on the excellent customer service reviews. I’ve installed a number of wooden walls through the years using various types and sizes of wood so I knew what to expect and exactly what I was looking for. Because my walls were not perfectly flat and I had previously removed older coverings I chose to also use an additional powerful glue just to make sure! Again, lots of experiences with wooden walls. I love the look of my new, modern looking white oak wall! Thank you, Wallplanks!
