The buying process was good
The buying process was good, the delivery service was not good. I had the product shipped to my office thinking it would come UPS/FedEx/USPS, but it was shipped by a third party. The delivery service delivered the product after hours at the front door, in sight of all passerby's. Luckily the box wasn't stolen, but common sense isn't so common.
