Customer support turned round a bad delivery experience. I had left a one star review as my product hadn't arrived after many weeks and I was annoyed that I had been sent an email asking for a review. Customer support then got in contact immediately and got on the case. It did take a bit of sorting out and I think it was down to courier not leaving a note (twice) to say parcel was at collection office, but I eventually got my product. So thanks to customer support for being proactive.
