Inexistent customer service. I paid the fee to remove the adds from my App and nevertheless they claimed the payment failed ( which is false and have proofs of payment ) Emailed them regarding this issue and they never replied.
The worst customer service ever. I placed an order in store by scanning their QR code and the payment went through without me clicking anything else. To my surprise they subscribed me without my consent on an insurance company for a monthly payment ( again , I had zero knowledge and I never gave my consent during the purchase process ) After receiving the email of the insurance company ( Chubb ) welcoming me as a new client I started a journey of emails and chats coming back and forth both with Atome and Chubb. They never provided a solution or refund , and they can’t give my any proof of me signing and policy or subscription. I managed to cancel the policy through the Atole App by myself but no one is going to be responsible for the refund of the amount I have been charged by Chubb Insurance. A SCAM altogether.
