Missing parts and no acceptable help options :(
Update to the escalation on this issue: Walmart reached out again and offered an additional whopping total of $10 more dollars to our refund. What an absolute joke, all we want are the missing pieces or a decent refund for an item that was incomplete. The $25 refund still will not cover the cost of us replacing the parts ourselves. This was the first and LAST time we will ever shop Walmart online. We will also avoid the stores from now on and will try to get as many family and friends to do the same. We ordered a bedframe and had 2 missing parts when we were assembling it. I reached out to Walmart and the only option they provided was to return it which meant having to take it apart and be without the bedframe when we needed it at the time of assembly. I was told they couldn't just ship the missing parts out which makes NO sense. They then offered a measly $15 voucher which was more insulting than helpful. We'll have to make the missing cross supports ourselves which will cost a lot more than $15. I was told my complaint would be escalated to another department but I have no hope that Walmart will make this right. I'll update my review once I hear from whoever they escalated the complaint to.
