Won't seal an NNN. Chose to stay quiet and say they will sign a contract until I mentioned the seal, then they said it's not their "policy"to seal contracts, which is a requirement in the chinese court - in short, scammers. Then they tried to gaslight me that it is innapropriate to address this. Bad experience, will find another supplier.
