Really poor buying experience BUT at least the order got fulfilled
Update: Adjusted my rating because my order at least got fulfilled. So what happened? Because of the poor customer support I went and bought my Xbox Live subscription from another online store. So, now I have a 12 months Xbox Live Gold from the other store and 24 months Xbox Live Gold from this one ---> Original review: I tried buying an Xbox Live Gold digital code from this site. During the payment part of the check out process I chose to pay with Apple Pay - my credit card got charged but my order was cancelled. I contacted the support team who couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried.
