LIKELY A SCAM
LIKELY A SCAM. First of all - the company got 28 five star reviews on November 19th, conveniently bookended by very negative one star reviews. Certainly seems like they're padding their stats. Second of all - I filled out all of my paperwork and was told to "call in to verify my information before shipping." I called yesterday and left a voicemail requesting assistance. Then emailed multiple times today with only one response saying they "messaged me on the platform." I replied and proved that I had no messages on the platform with a screenshot, and called repeatedly to my AM (Kenia) as well as "her manager." No one is responding to my emails and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now... If I don't hear back before they close in 4 minutes I'll definitely be contacting my credit card company to report the charges as fraudulent and contacting the better business bureau.
