Great drone but terrible support
Great drone but terrible support. Kept having disconnect issues dji kept telling me i crashed it when my flight records clearly showed i didnt. Then they made me pay to fix it when there was nothing wrong with it. Terrible support. Disconnected since i first bought it, and i already had given in and paid once to fix it when they claimed i crashed it the first time. If its out of warranty or you dont buy dji refresh dont expect any after sales support. Case #CAS-3365856-F5F2Q5 apparently this is the only way to get attention by publicly sharing your experience
