Very UNHAPPY 1PW user expereince
I've been a happy 1PW user experience, but due to a recent hack on my PC we had to clean the PC from core to score. I tried to get back in 7 days ago, and because I only use the account to get passwords, I wasn't aware of their new flamboyant... "Emergency Repair Form or Secret Password." Due to this I'm now unable to gain any access to my account as it's encrypted. I've now been given two choices by their illustrious support team. Carry on paying and have NO access to any of your data ever, or close the account. So, I'm closing the account, and I won't be telling any of my clients who ask about this on a day to day basis, I'll tell them to steer clear of 1Password.
