Extremely poor customer service. Delivery window of my order is well past and they are not responding to my complaint. The courier tgey use, PDN Express has overwhelmingly negative reviews. It looks like Moft is running a business based on fraudulent practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .
Their business model is based on fraud. I bought their e Sim and have around $125 in my account with them. When it was time to use the service, it simply did not work. I contacted their customer service and was presented with some "solutions" but nothing worked. I had to buy another Sim from another service provider. I am asking for my money back but One Sim was first stalling me and now their CS is not responding. Clearly they are thieves and robbers. STAY AWAY FROM ONE SIM CARD. Update: I am responding to One Sim's reply to my review. I followed each and every step suggested by your technical support not just once, but several times. You should have access to the exchange of messages, or should I post the conversation here so that potential customers can judge how you are trying to mislead. Shame on you.
