Lovely item, long delivery time, not enough communication
Very happy with how the bracelet looks, not impressed with how it came presented however, it was in a little plastic bag. Also communication about expected arrival wasn't given, I had to message to ask. The bracelet was supposed to be a mother's day gift, as it was advertised, but didn't arrive until nearly a week after! I did order about a week before however you appear to be a UK company but my package came from China!
