Revision to My Previous Rating
I initially gave rating of 2 stars based on my two issues but received an email from customer rep Katrina the very next day offering me solutions for both of my issues. This was the quickest ever response and solutions I have ever received from a business. The email she sent to me was polite, professional and to the point. Katrina solved my issues to my satisfaction in just two days. It is a good feeling knowing that as a customer, I can purchase products from Viva Naturals with confidence knowing that the company stands by their product and have the best qualified personnel to make things right if ever there is any issues. I am a happy customer. Thank you.
