Item didn't fit- Help was swift and easy!
I ordered from Retro stage for the first time. The communication and translation were great. But when my item arrived it didn't fit me, despite being my size, the lass that looked after my emails about a new item in a bigger size was super helpful and quick to respond only a day or so to go back and forth to get the problem solved. Her name was Mona and she was so brilliant and patient with my issue regarding my order.
