This is now in response to The Lodging Company’s very unfair evaluation of my character. **still haven’t received the refund they’ve yet again said has happened** I will remove this part as soon as I receive it. Threats where never part of the multiple calls and emails. This has been completely blown out of proportion by the two staff I talked with on Nov 24 2019. I asked for their address because I was hung up on by both agents. Company’s like this would much rather bully you into believing this is all somehow your own wrong doing. I must also clarify that I was NOT given options nor was I offered photos of the room. This room was recommended and chosen by the booking agent. *which is why I’ve had an issue with everything from the start! Good luck in the future The Lodging Company 👍. A strong evaluation of the employees on staff may be a a good place to start moving forward. I have no issue being “BLACKLISTED” as your name still leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.
