Straight to the top of the class
The true measure of a company’s value is not only in its product, but the quality of service provided to support that product. In this regard, Alpha Masterclass excelled beyond measure. Adam, who led the Accelerator Support effort provided extensive and personalised guidance to help me through a recent challenge. He did so after business hours, through multi-online modes, and in a manner giving me best confidence for success. It all started with Adam responding to an after-hours cry for help when he clearly didn’t have to. With over 30 years of experience in the service industry, I can truly say this goes above and beyond measure and is a testament to Alpha’s Excellent Service. Well done guys, Keep It Up!
