Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer Service - Avoid! I ordered an item in medium. It arrived in good time, but was two sizes too small despite their sizing chart. The item arrived from China so make your own assumptions regarding quality and sizing. I immediately requested a return. This needs to be done via raising a ticket. However, I have been ignored for 3 days. Its clear that they'd rather not issue refunds and hope that you will eventually give up chasing. Personally, I'd never order an item from this company as you have no idea of the size or quality of what you will receive and if you need to return it, you most likely wont get your money back.
